Dammam – A meeting to wrap up preparation for the EPCA’s centerpiece event of the 2009 – 2010 League was held. During the meeting, the format of the Al-Gosaibi League 2009-2010 was approved by the representative of EPCA member-clubs and the executive committee. The draws were also held. The tournament is divided into the Premier Division and First Division. Premier Division consists of ten teams and the First Division twenty teams. The top two from each division well be declared as winner and runner-up. Khalifa Al-Gosaibi assured the Eastern Province Cricket Association (EPCA) of its full support and agreed to sponsor EPCA League for the 2009 – 2010 season , said MR. Bader K. Al-Gosaibi, Director, Khalifa Al-Gosaibi Groups, in a meeting with the EPCA president Abdulaziz A. Al-Naimi in Dammam. Appreciating the EPCA’s efforts in promoting the game of cricket in the Kingdom, MR. Bader said, “I am very much impressed with the way the EPCA is running the show”. The EPCA executive committee expressed their gratefulness to Khalifa Al-Gosaibi management particularly MR. Bader K. Al-Gosaibi for their continuous support to EPCA. |
